    Freestyle Ride :
    Get the heart and the legs going with this high-energy cardio workout designed for the beginner, intermediate or the advanced. 50 Minutes

    BodyPump: A high intensity toning and conditioning class with weights designed for just about everybody. Hot sounds and compelling choreography will keep you going through each workout. 55 Minutes

    BodyPump Express: A slightly condensed version of Body Pump to get you in and out more quickly with the same intensity. 43 Minutes

    Body Combat:  The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. 55 minutes

    RPM: The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. 50 minutes.

    Zumba:
    is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. 55 minutes

    Yoga:

    A dynamic flowing sequence of postures linking breath and movement, along with a focus on releasing unnecessary tension. 1 hour 15 minutes

    Pilates:   Strengthen your body and improve your core strength with these simple to follow fundamental pilates moves. Traditional yoga movements with a little more emphasis on strength and conditioning. 55 minutes


    Yogalates: Looking for ways to improve your midsection and de-stress at the same time? This class combines both yoga and pilates principals into one workout. Great for improving core strength, flexibility and balance. 55 minutes

    Aquacise: An excellent deep-water cardio workout with resistance training to tone the muscles. 55 minutes

    Kickboxing: The workout with a punch! This is a high-energy cardiovascular training class that combines punching/kicking drills, heavy bags and core strength. 30 minutes

    Cardio Blast: This class incorporates body bars, heavy bags, steps, resistance bands & balls, and combines them into a non-stop high intensity calorie-burning workout. 55 minutes.

    Low Impact: Low impact aerobics class for all levels. A great way to start your day and feel the results. 55 minutes.

    Chi Gong:
     Simple highly oxygenating movements to wake up the body's ability to balance itself. Chi Gong loosens and limbers the muscles helps with stress reduction and concentration. This state of well-being enhances sports performance, endurance, balance, and improves focus and quality of other workouts.
