All Levels Yoga: Enjoy the benefits of practicing yoga. Students of all levels are invited to join these classes, including anyone who has never been on a yoga mat. Work at your own ability and comfort level.
Power Yoga: Stretch and strengthen your entire body. Be prepared for plenty of planks, push-ups and lunges! Previous yoga experience not required. Medium to intermediate level of fitness.
Qigong: The simple, low-impact movements of this ancient martial arts form will help to improve sports performance, stamina and balance. All fitness levels welcome.
Tai Chi: A gentle way to improve your health and energy. Regular practice promotes improved balance, coordination and stress reduction.
