Our Main Group Fitness Studio has a suspended hardwood floor and hosts the group fitness classes which include a wide variety of programs from dance to martial arts to the 15 Minute Abs workout.

Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Aerobics:  Tried and true! Start your day off right when you get your cardio in this low impact aerobics class. All levels of fitness are welcome. 55 Minutes

All Levels Yoga:  Enjoy the benefits of practicing yoga. Students of all levels are invited to join these classes, including anyone who has never been on a yoga mat Work to your own ability and comfort level. 90 Minutes

Aquacise:  An excellent deep-water cardio workout with resistance training to tone the muscles. 55 Minutes

Aqua Fit:  This mixed-level cardiovascular and strength conditioning class offers two different programs, Deep Water and Varied Depth, taught by our Aquatics Director. 60 Minutes

BODY PUMP®:  A high intensity toning and conditioning class with weights designed for just about everybody. Hot sounds and compelling choreography will keep you going through each workout. 55 Minutes 

Cardio Blast:  Using a variety of equipment, this class combines cardiovascular intervals with body sculpting segments. Expect a high-intensity, fat burning, butt-kicking and body toning workout in every class. Bag gloves are recommended but not required. All levels of fitness are welcome. 55 Minutes

Continuing Education Yoga:  Combines basic and advanced yoga postures with the broader concepts behind yoga and in-depth instruction for challenging poses. Geared toward those who seek to make yoga an integral part of their lives. 90 Minutes

Cycling:  Get coached through various terrains and energy zones; intermediate to advanced levels of fitness. The Cycling Studio is located on the second-floor Cardio Deck. 45-60 Minutes

Extreme Abs:  Your abs will be screaming for mercy. Held in the Yoga Studio. 25 Minutes

GTS® Pilates:  Pilates Reformer exercises as applied to the GTS® machine; the GTS incline allows for advanced exercises at earlier stages in your training. All levels of fitness welcome. The GTS Studio is located on the second-floor Cardio Deck. 45 Minutes

GTS® Strength:  Over one hundred exercises using your own body as the resistance weight! Expect an intense, full body strength workout in every class. All levels of fitness welcome. The GTS Studio is located on the second-floor Cardio Deck. 45 Minutes

Kickboxing:  Intense strength and cardiovascular conditioning classes that include heavy bag drills, interval training and core work. Boxing is on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday each month. 55 Minutes

Power Yoga:  Stretch and strengthen your entire body. Be prepared for plenty of planks, push-ups and lunges! Previous yoga experience is not required; medium to intermediate level of fitness. 55 Minutes

Qigong:  The simple, low impact movements of this ancient martial arts form will help to improve sports performance, stamina and balance. All fitness levels welcome. 55 Minutes

Tai Chi:  A gentle way to improve your health and energy. Regular practice promotes improved balance, coordination, and stress reduction. 55 Minutes.

Yoga Fusion:  A contemporary blend of Pilates principles and yoga postures designed to bring greater flexibility and core strength to your body. All fitness levels welcome. 55 Minutes

ZUMBA®:  Enjoy a fusion of international dance themes in this dynamic and exciting, yet easy to follow class. Zumba® combines motivating, high-energy music with unique dance moves and rhythm combinations. Join the party! All fitness levels welcome. 55 Minutes

ZUMBA® GOLD:  Zumba® Gold has all the fun and benefits of Zumba®, with modified moves and pacing that will please Zumba beginners, active older participants, and those just starting their fitness journey. Every class is a "feel good" workout, great for body and spirit. 45 Minutes
