Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Aquacise: An excellent deep-water cardio workout with resistance training to tone the muscles. 55 Minutes
BodyPump: A high intensity toning and conditioning class with weights designed for just about everybody. Hot sounds and compelling choreography will keep you going through each workout. 55 Minutes
Cardio Blast: A high intensity kicking, punching, stepping and toning class. Gloves are recommended but not required. This class is an entire body workout to get you ready for the weekend! 55 Minutes
Cardio Kick: The workout with a punch! This is a high-energy cardiovascular training class that combines punching/kicking drills, heavy bags, interval training, circuit station training, and core strength. 55 Minutes
15 Minute Abs: 15 minutes of intense exercises targeting the abs, lower back and core.
Low Impact: Low impact aerobics class for all levels. A great way to start your day and feel the results. 55 Minutes
Moovin' & Groovin': This class is half Zumba, half circuit training! The circuit training segment may include muscle toning, plyometric training and body weight training. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level of fitness. 55 Minutes
Step & Sculpt: This class combines a great cardiovascular workout on the Step with muscle toning segments. a total body workout for all fitness levels. 55 Minutes
Zumba: Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective system! The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. 55 Minutes
Hip Hop: High-energy dance combinations combined with a great workout. 55 Minutes
