FIT BODY BOOT CAMP

New Program Coming January 16th!

6-Week Program
 

Fit Body Boot Camp is a results driven program which meets 5 times a week. Workouts will include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, strength, speed, endurance, and partner training.

We will motivate, inspire and challenge your body to overcome obstacles that may currently be keeping you from reaching your fitness goals.

We will use a variety of exercises done indoor and outdoor, such as obstacle course training, GTS system, agility training, and military-style exercises. This type of training will help you burn fat and calories and increase your metabolism, which helps elevate fat burning for hours after your workout is complete.

Nutrition advice is included. Body Composition and Fitness Assessments will be taken at the start and finish of the program so that you can see your results! This program is good for any fitness level.


Workout Days & Times:
Monday-Friday
6:30am, 4:30pm or 6:00pm
*Each Workout will be an hour (more or less)*
*Mandatory 4 Workout Days a Week*

(minumum of 5 participants per scheduled time)


6-Week Price:
$30 registration fee to reserve your spot
$249 - Members
$298 - Non-Members (includes membership)
