Biography:
Bonnie has been licensed for more than 20 years. She has worked in many therapeutic settings including rehabilitation, sports medicine, day spas and stress management clinics. Her greatest passion is the healing qualities of essential oils.

Aromatherapy can affect your body and emotions in a natural way by lending support in the prevention of physical conditions. There are many techniques using essential oils to create a sense of well being, from balancing your chakras, emotional release and raindrop theory.

Sometimes, with all the stresses that we are faced with each day, we just need a very good relaxation massage to melt all the tension away and help us to get a better nights' sleep. In the end, we are all trying to heal our bodies as a whole by uniting the body, mind and spirit for health and longevity.

Massage is a unique modality that can enhance and support many other therapeutic interventions. In a physical therapy program, massage can encourage healing of the soft tissue and lessen pain. When involved in a weight loss program, it can help you rid the body of toxins that build up in your tissue, which produces cellulite.  Massage before a chiropractic session can allow the adjustment to be more effective, and massage after the adjustment can help the muscles continue to be relaxed. If you are doing your own structured exercise routine, massage can eliminate lactic acid build-up in the muscles.

Bonnie was born in New Castle, PA and moved to Florida in grade school and has also lived in Rapid City, SD and Anchorage, AK. She loves to travel and backpacked throughout Europe in 2005.
